These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jjawin platform. Please read this agreement carefully before registering, depositing, or placing any wager. By accessing jjawin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use jjawin. Accounts opened by underage users will be permanently closed and any funds forfeited in accordance with regulatory obligations.
Each individual may hold only one active jjawin account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and withholding of balances pending investigation.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Bonus abuse — including collusion, arbitrage, or exploitation of errors — results in immediate bonus cancellation.
Withdrawal requests require completed identity verification (KYC). jjawin processes standard withdrawals within 24 hours. All withdrawals are paid in PKR via the same method used for the associated deposit where possible.
jjawin provides deposit limits, session controls, and self-exclusion tools. Gambling involves financial risk. If you believe your gambling is causing harm, you must use the self-exclusion tool or contact support immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjawin holds its international gaming license. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under those laws. Pakistani consumer protection laws apply where mandatorily applicable.

By accessing jjawin.net, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jjawin.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
These Terms are published in English. The English-language version is the governing legal text. Where translations are provided for convenience, the English version prevails in the event of any inconsistency.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any of jjawin's Services. This requirement is strictly enforced. jjawin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 will be closed immediately, all gameplay will be voided, and any balance will be handled in accordance with applicable licensing obligations.
You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension or permanent closure.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on jjawin at any time. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all such Accounts will be suspended and any balances held pending investigation. jjawin's decision in such matters is final.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. jjawin will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact support immediately at [email protected].
Important: jjawin will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
jjawin is required under its international gaming license to verify the identity of all Players. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed. Acceptable identity documents include government-issued national identity cards (CNIC), passports, and other official photo identification documents. Address verification may be requested separately via utility bills or bank statements not older than three months.
An Account is considered dormant if it has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jjawin reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts after prior written notice to the registered email address. Any remaining balance after deductions will remain withdrawable upon account reactivation and completion of KYC requirements.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting jjawin support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
jjawin accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank. All deposits are processed in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of deposit.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take longer depending on the processing time of the respective banking institution. jjawin is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from an account, wallet, or card not belonging to the registered Player — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit identified will be reversed, the Account suspended, and the matter reviewed for potential fraud.
jjawin does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your provider prior to depositing.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. Any pending KYC documentation request must be resolved before a withdrawal can be processed. jjawin reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any point, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above specified thresholds.
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to verification status. VIP tier members — particularly Black Diamond tier — benefit from expedited processing. Withdrawal timelines may be extended in cases where additional security or KYC checks are required.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible. Where this is not possible, jjawin will process the withdrawal to a verified account in the Player's name via a mutually agreed method. All withdrawals are denominated in PKR.
Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. The maximum withdrawable amount from any single bonus offer may be capped — this cap is stated clearly in the individual bonus terms at the time of the offer.
All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by jjawin are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term prevails with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable bonus offer before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — game-specific contribution rates are published in the bonus terms. Live dealer games and certain table game variants may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
jjawin monitors all Account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure, collusion between Players, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, and exploitation of software errors or glitches. Where bonus abuse is detected, jjawin reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or close the Account.
All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period as stated in the individual offer. Bonus Funds not used and wagering requirements not satisfied within the stated period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
jjawin's bonus terms are written in plain English and published in full at the point of offer acceptance. If any term is unclear, contact support before accepting the bonus.
All casino games offered by jjawin use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined solely by this certified RNG. jjawin does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the published, fixed house edge applicable to each game.
All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific rules for each sport and market as published within the jjawin sportsbook. jjawin reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by evident pricing errors, corrupted data feeds, or events affected by confirmed match-fixing or irregular activity. In-play bets accepted after the relevant event outcome is known will be voided.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round or live betting event, jjawin will apply the following resolution in order of priority: (a) restore the game to its last confirmed valid state; (b) settle the bet based on available confirmed data; or (c) void the bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. jjawin's decision on technical fault resolution is final.
jjawin applies maximum single-transaction payout limits across all game categories. These limits are published within the relevant game or market and may be updated from time to time. Any winnings exceeding the published maximum payout for a single game round or bet will be capped at the stated maximum.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jjawin platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
jjawin cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Suspected criminal activity will be reported without prior notice to the Player concerned.
jjawin takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Gambling is intended as entertainment. If gambling stops being enjoyable or begins to affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, it has become a problem that requires immediate attention.

jjawin strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If we have reason to believe that an underage individual has accessed the Platform, we will suspend the relevant Account immediately and conduct a full review. All real-money winnings earned by an underage user will be voided.

All content on the jjawin platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive property of jjawin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to reproducing, modifying, distributing, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any Platform content.
The jjawin name, logo, and all related brand identifiers are trademarks of jjawin. Unauthorised use of any jjawin trademark is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjawin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jjawin shall not be liable for any of the following, whether or not foreseeable:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
jjawin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) your Account poses a regulatory, reputational, or security risk to jjawin or other Players; or (d) regulatory obligations require it.
Upon termination of your Account by jjawin for cause, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of amounts attributable to breaches, fraud, or bonus abuse) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC or investigation process. Bonus Funds are forfeited in all termination scenarios.
Clauses that by their nature should survive termination of these Terms — including definitions, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect after any termination of your Account.
jjawin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting your rights, obligations, or the core services available to you — jjawin will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address associated with your Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.
Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or adjustments required to reflect regulatory changes — may be implemented without advance notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the jjawin platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 4.3.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjawin holds its international gaming license. To the extent that mandatory consumer protection provisions of Pakistani law apply to Pakistani resident Players, those provisions are not excluded by this clause.
In the event of any dispute between you and jjawin, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. jjawin will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve it within 28 days. Both parties agree to act in good faith during this informal resolution process.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral institution designated by jjawin's licensing authority. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitral tribunal orders otherwise.
